Responsibilities
- Design accelerated test plans for reliability validation.
- Analyze field usage and environmental conditions to optimize testing methods.
- Facilitate design FMEA sessions to assess product risks.

Job Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Material Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
- 2+ years of experience with battery systems and high voltage testing.
- Familiarity with burn-in testing, ESS, and ORT.
- Understanding of accelerated testing methods and reliability statistics.
- Experience with failure analysis techniques.
- Self-driven with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Positive attitude and engagement in challenging situations.
