Responsibilities
- Assist with ongoing projects through planning, research, and execution.
- Develop technical and analytical skills using tools and technologies at Toyota.
- Grow professional network by participating in team meetings and collaborating cross-functionally.
- Observe current practices and suggest improvements for processes.
- Support sustainability initiatives and vehicle development through testing and process improvements.
- Contribute innovative ideas to enhance current workflows.

Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must have the right to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship.
- Minimum GPA of 2.7 or higher.
- Must have completed at least one full academic year in a STEM discipline.
- Currently enrolled in a full-time, accredited degree program.
- Relevant majors include Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Chemical, and Aerospace Engineering, among others.
