STEM Co-op & Internship Opportunities

The internship and co-op program at Toyota is designed for university students in STEM disciplines, providing hands-on experience across various departments, including R&D, manufacturing, and quality. Interns will contribute to projects, collaborate with teams, and develop skills relevant to their fields.

• Assist with ongoing projects by contributing to planning, research, and execution.
• Gain proficiency in tools and technologies used at Toyota.
• Grow professional network through team meetings and cross-functional communication.
• Observe current practices and suggest process improvements.
• Support Toyota’s sustainability efforts and vehicle development through testing and process improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute innovative ideas.
• Take ownership of projects and make a real impact from day one.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Minimum GPA of 2.7 or higher.
• Must have completed at least one full academic year at a college or university (sophomore standing or above).
• Currently enrolled in a full-time, accredited degree program in a STEM discipline or related field.
• Must have the right to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship.
• Strong interest in project support and execution within engineering fields.
