Responsibilities
- Support onsite electrical installation including cable trays, wiring, terminations, and industrial networks.
- Read and interpret electrical drawings to ensure correct field execution.
- Assist with erection oversight and coordinate with contractors and site teams.
- Support commissioning tasks such as loop checks and point-to-point verification.
- Drive punch-list closure and report progress to the electrical lead.
- Collaborate with Project Management and Home Office Engineering to resolve field issues.
- Travel frequently to various job sites, with approximately 80% travel required.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field.
- 0-5 years of experience in field electrical installation or industrial projects.
- Ability to read electrical drawings and troubleshoot effectively.
- Strong communication skills with customers and cross-functional teams.
- Safety-first mindset in construction and start-up environments.
- Comfortable working hands-on in heavy-industrial sites.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD and industrial exposure is a plus.
