Responsibilities
- Lead test engineering activities for mechanical and thermal systems.
- Design and execute product and component level reliability testing.
- Build and implement next-gen hardware and software test systems.
- Develop test strategies optimizing product reliability and resources.
- Conduct test data and failure analysis, and communicate results.
- Train technicians and engineers on test equipment.
- Comply with safety policies and regulations.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in hardware design validation and testing.
- Experience in designing and fabricating custom test platforms.
- Knowledge of programming in scripting languages (Python preferred).
- Experience with test instrumentation and data acquisition systems.
- Ability to work safely with high voltage equipment.
- Proficiency in CAD software for custom test fixture design.
