Responsibilities
- Assess product risks and possible failure modes to drive reliable design choices.
- Design effective test plans for reliability validation and growth.
- Define system and component-level mission profiles for various Bot use cases.
- Facilitate failure analysis to identify root causes and resolutions for failures.
- Deliver data-based reliability design guidelines and communicate reliability requirements.
- Collaborate in cross-functional settings to enhance product reliability.
- Manage parallel tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience in reliability, test development, and data analysis of mechanical or electro-mechanical systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills with an understanding of electro-mechanical test setups.
- Knowledge of material properties and failure mechanisms for rotary machines.
- Experience with failure analysis techniques and statistical software.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks with limited information.
- Passion for engineering and robotics.
