Responsibilities
- Develop service procedures for Tesla Energy products.
- Identify safe and efficient methods for servicing and installing energy products.
- Own end-to-end process development including safety and compliance reviews.
- Champion continuous improvement and process efficiency.
- Collaborate with Service Engineers and Engineering Technicians to test procedures.
- Train service technicians on service procedures and new tool usage.
- Manage multiple high-priority projects and changing priorities.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Mechanical/Electrical Design/Process Development experience with complex electro-mechanical systems.
- Proficiency in CAD software (preferably CATIA v5 v6/3dX/Solidworks).
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to travel 10-15% for work.
- Experience in process development and continuous improvement.
- Hands-on experience with tools for prototyping and assembly.
