Responsibilities
- Own the Windows production fleet end-to-end, including various industrial PCs and factory hosts.
- Drive Windows imaging through the TFI PXE pipeline for automated boot and reporting.
- Extend WINFinder for inventory management across new platforms and sites.
- Push the Windows fleet onto the same observability surface as Linux using Grafana and Tesla Metrics Agent.
- Build automation for Windows-specific operational tasks.
- Roll out the SentinelOne agent across factory Windows endpoints in collaboration with Infosec.
- Carry production on-call rotation for Windows incidents, including triaging and documentation.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience operating Windows in production at scale.
- Strong PowerShell skills for scripting and system management.
- Hands-on experience with configuration management or imaging platforms like Ansible or SCCM.
- Understanding of SRE practices and fundamentals.
- Working knowledge of Linux as a peer platform.
- Ability to write application code in languages such as Python, Go, or C#.
- Experience with observability tooling like Prometheus or Grafana.
