Responsibilities
- Monitor field performance of products and identify trending issues.
- Prioritize issues based on severity, occurrence, and cost.
- Triage emerging trends and develop failure hypotheses.
- Coordinate with the Failure Analysis team to identify root causes.
- Collaborate with engineering, factory quality, and suppliers for corrective actions.
- Communicate field performance and drive improvement priorities.
- Participate in continuous improvement activities and preventive actions.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Prior experience in Failure Analysis, Product Engineering, Quality, or Service in consumer electronics or automotive.
- Broad engineering background with the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in tools and applications for data management and analysis.
- Familiarity with programming languages and tools such as SQL, Python, and Minitab is a plus.
