Responsibilities
- Drive failure analysis priorities and investigations.
- Monitor and improve field quality and performance of Tesla products.
- Build automated software tools for complex analysis of real-time fleet data.
- Apply statistical analysis to inform reliability modeling and corrective actions.
- Collaborate with Reliability and Design engineers on product modeling.
- Contribute to automation and standardization of data pipelines.
- Own warranty accrual by collaborating with engineering, finance, and accounting teams.
Job Requirements
- Degree in a quantitative discipline or equivalent experience.
- Strong knowledge of data structures, architectures, and languages (SQL, Python).
- Solid understanding of statistical methods and reliability physics.
- General knowledge of data pipelining techniques.
- Experience with data visualization techniques.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with various teams.
