Responsibilities
- Perform detailed load flow, short-circuit, protection coordination, and arc flash studies.
- Conduct fault current, voltage drop, grounding, and equipment sizing calculations.
- Generate and maintain one-line diagrams and electrical distribution schematics.
- Conduct site data collection for protection settings and arc flash labels.
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams for accurate electrical systems coordination.
- Assist in standardizing Revit families and electrical templates.
- Ensure compliance with safety codes and performance standards.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
- 3–7+ years of experience in electrical power system design and analysis.
- Proficiency with ETAP, SKM PowerTools, or EasyPower.
- Experience using Autodesk Revit MEP for electrical modeling.
- Strong understanding of NEC, NFPA 70E, IEEE, and IEC standards.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Knowledge of BIM workflows.
