Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the simulation roadmap, prioritizing features and timelines.
- Assist engineering teams in coordinating the development of high-fidelity simulation tools.
- Facilitate communication between AI/AI Simulation teams and the physics engine development team.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration to identify gaps in simulation capabilities.
- Track program milestones and manage risks, reporting on key performance indicators.

- Explore emerging technologies to enhance simulation innovation and scalability.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in program management, ideally in simulation or AI.
- Strong understanding of simulation technologies and physics engines.
- Proven ability to build and execute technical roadmaps using agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills for bridging technical teams.
- Familiarity with AI simulation challenges and data-driven modeling.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, high-stakes environment with tight deadlines.
