Responsibilities
- Develop manufacturing methods and specify equipment for stator manufacturing.
- Create new highly automated manufacturing lines from concept to production.
- Optimize product flow and line efficiency while reducing costs.
- Generate machine specifications, documentation, and manufacturing instructions.
- Conduct process flow, failure mode effects analysis, and inspection methodology for new products.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement and cost reduction programs.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to propose solutions for future products.
Job Requirements
- Experience improving production processes using data analysis software.
- Proficiency in SolidWorks or other 3D CAD software.
- Experience with automation systems and robotics controlled by PLCs.
- Strong hands-on experience with high-volume and pilot manufacturing.
- Proven track record of data-driven problem-solving.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Ability to manage and execute project timelines effectively.
