Responsibilities
- Design accelerated test plans for reliability validation and testing.
- Analyze field usage and environmental conditions for requirement optimization.
- Facilitate design FMEA sessions to assess risks and validation plans.
- Collaborate with manufacturing and design teams to resolve failures.
- Generate process validation test plans and drive corrective actions.
- Provide reliability design guidelines and apply lessons learned for improvement.
- Maintain engagement and proactive problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience with high voltage systems/testing.
- Familiarity with burn-in testing, ESS, and ORT.
- Understanding of Highly Accelerated testing methods.
- Experience with reliability statistics and statistical software.
- Knowledge of failure analysis techniques.
- Self-driven with strong task management abilities.
