Responsibilities
- Analyze PCB and PCBA failure modes for inverter applications.
- Design and implement reliability tests for PCBA.
- Develop mission profiles for real-world operating conditions.
- Facilitate design FMEA sessions to assess risks and validation test plans.
- Collaborate with various engineering teams to identify root causes of failures.
- Review PCBA BOMs and provide feedback on component selections.
- Generate validation test plans and drive corrective actions with suppliers.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
- Expertise in PCB/PCBA failure modes.
- Hands-on experience with designing reliability tests.
- Proficiency in reading and debugging schematics.
- Knowledge of PCB design and simulation tools.
- Familiarity with high-volume PCBA manufacturing processes.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
