Responsibilities
- Analyze PCB and PCBA failure modes to mitigate risks in inverter applications
- Design and implement reliability tests for PCBA
- Develop mission profiles for PCBA performance under real-world conditions
- Facilitate design FMEA sessions to assess product risks and validation test plans
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and resolve failures
- Review PCBA BOMs and provide feedback on component reliability
- Generate process validation test plans and drive corrective actions with suppliers
Job Requirements
- Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience
- Expertise in PCB/PCBA failure modes
- Hands-on experience with reliability tests and mission profiles
- Proficiency in reading and debugging schematics
- Knowledge of PCB design software and circuit simulation tools
- Familiarity with high-volume PCBA manufacturing processes
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
