Responsibilities
- Design accelerated test plans for reliability validation and testing.
- Analyze field usage and optimize reliability specifications.
- Lead design FMEA sessions to assess product risks.
- Collaborate with manufacturing quality and design teams to resolve failures.
- Generate process validation test plans for suppliers.
- Provide reliability design guidelines for continuous improvement.
- Apply reliability statistics and failure analysis techniques.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Material Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
- 2+ years of experience in battery systems and laboratory testing.
- Familiarity with burn-in testing and Environmental Stress Screening (ESS).
- Knowledge of Highly Accelerated testing methods and reliability statistics.
- Experience with failure analysis techniques.
- Self-driven with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven proactive engagement in challenging situations.
