Responsibilities
- Design accelerated test plans for reliability validation and testing.
- Integrate Reliability, Availability, and Serviceability (RAS) principles into data center architecture.
- Analyze field usage and environmental conditions for test methods and reliability specs.
- Facilitate design FMEA sessions to assess product risks and validation plans.
- Collaborate with teams to identify root causes and resolve failures.
- Generate process validation test plans for suppliers and drive corrective actions.
- Provide reliability design guidelines and apply lessons learned for continuous improvement.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience with data centers and electronic assemblies.
- Knowledge of burn-in tests and Environmental Stress Screening (ESS).
- Understanding of Highly Accelerated testing methods and reliability statistics.
- Experience with reliability testing and failure analysis techniques.
- Self-driven with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to remain proactive and positive under pressure.
