Responsibilities
- Support development and scale-up of battery manufacturing equipment.
- Develop work packages and project schedules, defining resources and communicating with stakeholders.
- Manage detailed project timelines using project management tools.
- Identify major risks and dependencies, and track progress to eliminate blockers.
- Communicate with various engineering teams and contractors.
- Define and support engineering discipline scopes for internal and external teams.
- Facilitate design reviews and manage cross-functional action items.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Experience coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams in engineering or design-build firms.
- Proven track record in managing large manufacturing projects.
- Full understanding of engineering disciplines and resource management.
- Experience with manufacturing processes or equipment design.
- Excellent communication skills for complex topics.
- Proficiency in Auto-CAD, Solidworks, and Revit or Bluebeam.
