Responsibilities
- Coordinate with various teams including Engineering, Production, Quality, and Supply Chain.
- Scope and drive designs for production equipment deployment.
- Develop project specifications and acquire necessary materials.
- Define and manage tasks for the cross-functional team.
- Identify solutions to overcome obstacles and meet project schedules.
- Select external equipment vendors for manufacturing projects.
- Track budget and manage equipment orders and change logs.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
- 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment with engineering and project roles.
- Experience with planning medium capital projects related to chemical processing systems.
- Strong cross-functional communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Aptitude for learning new technologies and developing corrective measures.
