Responsibilities
- Own project development and execution for Tesla EPC projects, defining scope and specifications.
- Deliver technical support for proposals, including custom drawings and specifications reviews.
- Identify and communicate scope gaps, risks, and mitigation strategies.
- Assess project sites and advance interconnection studies.
- Pursue permitting as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on project execution.
- Ensure compliance with engineering standards and codes.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience in design & construction of power generation projects.
- Expertise in electrical engineering including power and controls.
- Skills in contracting and negotiation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CAD drafting & design.
