Responsibilities
- Own the product roadmap for automation and factory design.
- Oversee the evolution of the factory design platform.
- Drive product discovery by understanding operational pain points in factories.
- Define, track, and report product performance and success metrics.
- Shape deployment priorities and sequencing across factory sites.
- Maintain close communication with stakeholders across engineering and operations.

Job Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience with end-to-end product ownership.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in defining product success metrics.
- Technical fluency in reading code and understanding distributed systems architectures.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple deployments and priorities.
- Excellent communication skills for translating between various stakeholders.
- An AI-forward mindset, looking to incorporate AI-driven approaches.
- Experience with deployment coordination and warehouse automation systems is a plus.
