Responsibilities
- Design mechanical and electrical hardware for test equipment related to drive unit components.
- Analyze and simulate components for reliability and safety.
- Build and debug mechanical and electrical hardware in the lab.
- Collaborate with design engineers for test planning and development.
- Maintain and expand test equipment and lab setups.
- Define test methods and measurement procedures.
- Create engineering drawings and work with prototype shops for fabrication.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or equivalent.
- 2+ years of experience in hardware design and testing.
- Proficient in 3D CAD software (SolidWorks, CATIA).
- Experience with programming and data analysis tools (Arduino, Python, MATLAB, etc.).
- Knowledge of mechanical and electrical tools.
- Hands-on skills in assembly and instrumentation.
- Strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
