Responsibilities
- Provide operational engineering support and become the system expert for mechanical systems.
- Plan facility systems capacity and create capacity/loading spreadsheets.
- Maintain N+1 redundancy for critical systems.
- Conduct audits and studies to assess existing mechanical systems for upgrades.
- Develop project justification packages for mechanical systems using ROI and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with Maintenance and Operations teams to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues.
- Create and modify maintenance and standard operating procedures (SOPs) and train personnel on new systems.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of experience in Facilities Operations.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles and HVAC systems.
- Background in vibration analysis and heat transfer is beneficial.
- Strong troubleshooting and issue resolution skills.
- Proficient in data and system analysis.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
