Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of the product lifecycle from concept generation to sustainability.
- Balance and negotiate product attributes including safety, functionality, and cost.
- Create 3D CAD models and 2D drawings, including GD&T and BOM ownership.
- Interpret CAE simulation results and integrate findings into product designs.
- Collaborate with various engineering teams to ensure system integration and compatibility.
- Produce technical documentation for official use.
- Engage in diverse engineering disciplines, including materials, manufacturing, and mechanical design.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of engineering experience, with at least 1 year on a full-cycle design project.
- Strong fundamentals in mechanical engineering and experience in mechatronics.
- Knowledge of biomechanics and expertise in soft goods design.
- Proficiency with composite structures and technical communication skills.
- Evidence of strong organizational skills and self-motivation.
- Ability to manage progress through tight timelines while addressing technical challenges.
