Responsibilities
- Engineer, develop, and execute world-class interior systems.
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams throughout the product cycle.
- Participate in the iterative design process with stakeholders.
- Implement processes and material selections for automotive interior craftsmanship.
- Complete and release interior components and subsystem designs.
- Utilize DFSS methodologies during design, validation, and launch.
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure manufacturing feasibility.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Two years of experience in product development/design engineering.
- Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude.
- Familiarity with design technologies in product engineering.
- Experience with complex assemblies and engineering principles.
- Excellent communication and creativity skills.
- Ability to innovate and push boundaries in design.
