Responsibilities
- Engineer, develop, and execute world-class interior systems.
- Collaborate with design/styling and engineering teams throughout the product cycle.
- Participate in the iterative process with stakeholders to balance form, function, performance, and cost.
- Implement processes and material selections for automotive interior craftsmanship.
- Complete and release interior components and sub-systems, including engineering change requests.
- Utilize DFSS methodologies during design, validation, and launch phases.
- Collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional teams to ensure manufacturing feasibility.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Two years of experience in Product Development/Design Engineering.
- Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude.
- Understanding of the latest design technologies in Product Engineering.
- Experience with complex assemblies and engineering principles.
- Excellent communication skills and creativity.
- Ability to innovate and push boundaries in design.
