Responsibilities
- Develop sophisticated automated test equipment and PoC systems.
- Create high-fidelity CAD models and pneumatic schemes.
- Use structural/thermal FEA and CFD to verify designs.
- Lead conceptual development balancing product specs and process requirements.
- Identify bottlenecks and propose innovative hardware solutions.
- Lead the building, debugging, and fine-tuning of equipment.
- Execute detailed testing protocols to ensure quality standards.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or equivalent experience.
- 6+ years in machine design, robotics, or high-speed automation.
- Proven experience scaling technologies from lab to manufacturing.
- Strong foundation in solid mechanics, dynamics, and fabrication.
- Proficiency in SolidWorks/PDM and Ansys or similar CAE tools.
- Familiarity with sensors and basic electrical/control logic.
- Experience in laser processing or optical equipment design preferred.
