Responsibilities
- Conduct dimensional CAE simulation using specialized software.
- Collaborate with engineering teams and global suppliers to communicate dimensional requirements.
- Participate in the mechanical design of vehicle systems from concept to production.
- Engage in cross-functional interactions with teams such as Styling, Design, and Quality.
- Utilize GD&T in design processes to ensure precision.
- Analyze multi-variable capability and perform statistical testing.
- Contribute to every stage of the design cycle, enhancing product quality.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
- 1+ years of experience in computer-aided engineering or related fields.
- Strong fundamentals in mechanical engineering with a first-principles approach.
- Experience with CAD systems like CATIA.
- Proficiency in dimensional variation root cause analysis.
- Familiarity with GD&T and ASME Y14.5 standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
