Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Antenna, Wireless, and LV architecture teams for optimal packaging and implementation.
- Optimize component positioning in the vehicle considering various performance factors.
- Participate in prototype builds, component fabrication, testing, and validation.
- Own the design of mechanical components for connectivity modules, including PCBA outline and enclosures.
- Conduct mechanical design analysis, including structural and tolerance analysis.
- Generate detailed 3D models and technical documentation using CAD software.
- Support engineering test plans and communicate with suppliers on manufacturing feedback.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in mechanical design.
- Experience in developing Wireless/Antenna components.
- Proficiency in CAD software (preferably CATIA/3DX).
- Familiarity with finite element analysis (FEA) tools (ANSYS preferred).
- Understanding of electrical and thermal design fundamentals.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
