Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize designs in 3D CAD software.
- Validate manufacturing, assembly, and service feasibility.
- Complete and release component designs and documentation.
- Validate components per defined engineering requirements.
- Resolve issues with cross-functional teams including engineering and production.
- Participate in the sourcing process and manage relationships with suppliers.
- Deliver projects according to defined schedules.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in 3D CAD software (CATIA preferred).
- Basic knowledge of GD&T.
- Experience with component design, analysis, and validation.
- Strong technical and interpersonal communication skills.
- Self-starter with a track record of completing projects.
- Relevant engineering experience valued, with openings from entry level to expert.
