Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize designs using 3D CAD software.
- Validate manufacturing, assembly, and service feasibility.
- Complete and release component designs and documentation.
- Validate components against engineering requirements.
- Resolve issues with cross-functional teams.
- Participate in the sourcing process and manage supplier relationships.
- Deliver projects according to defined schedules.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in 3D CAD software (CATIA is a plus).
- Basic knowledge of GD&T.
- Experience with component design, analysis, and validation.
- Strong technical and interpersonal communication skills.
- Evidence of being a self-starter and project completion.
- Prior experience in a relevant engineering field is valued.
