Responsibilities

  • Own and manage manufacturing equipment for battery cell processes.
  • Lead equipment development from proof of concept to full-scale production.
  • Drive improvements in equipment effectiveness and manufacturing processes.
  • Conduct DFMEA and Fault Tree analysis for equipment robustness.
  • Manage external equipment integrators throughout development.
  • Create detailed manufacturing instructions for new processes.
  • Document and verify equipment specifications and acceptance tests.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in mechanical or manufacturing engineering.
  • Experience in battery cell manufacturing or automated assembly.
  • Familiarity with test and automation systems and production machinery.
  • Experience in writing production documentation (SOPs, checklists).
  • Knowledge of integrating electrical hardware and software (e.g., PLC programming).
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
