Responsibilities
- Develop end-to-end test strategies for manufacturing test coverage and yield.
- Root cause test failures and create control plans for risk mitigation.
- Collaborate with design and firmware engineers to implement test coverage.
- Work with suppliers to ensure electronics component test coverage and quality control.
- Analyze manufacturing test data to drive corrective actions.
- Develop automated test equipment in collaboration with internal and external teams.
- Launch scalable testing deployment across multiple locations.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Robotics, Mechatronics, or related field.
- Experience in high-volume electronics hardware manufacturing testing.
- Hands-on experience with various products including PCBA and sensors.
- Proficient in PFMEA and statistical data analysis.
- Familiarity with testing hardware integration in production environments.
- Strong documentation, communication, and time management skills.
- Experience with autonomous robotic systems is a plus.
