Responsibilities
- Lead uptime, reliability, and cycle time improvements on manufacturing test equipment.
- Collaborate with various engineering teams to ensure test equipment meets expectations.
- Perform data analysis and customer discussions to address challenges post-deployment.
- Understand engineering principles of test equipment and operations for effective communication with design and operations teams.
- Build and validate test equipment for production lines at contract manufacturers.
- Provide troubleshooting support for testers after deployment.
- Support equipment troubleshooting and qualification during development and ramp-up.
Job Requirements
- Exposure to high-voltage systems, production machinery, and industrial sensors.
- Experience with Windows operating systems.
- Ability to read and understand software code (e.g., Test stand, LabVIEW, Python, C, C++).
- Experience with CAN bus communications.
- Basic proficiency in PLC programming and troubleshooting.
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
