Responsibilities
- Analyze and optimize production equipment for safety and efficiency.
- Champion continuous improvement projects to maximize yield and equipment availability.
- Analyze data to identify trends and diagnose downtime issues.
- Develop Scada systems for real-time production data monitoring.
- Collaborate with process engineering and maintenance teams to resolve equipment issues.
- Support the ramp-up of new products to full-scale production.
- Maintain a positive team-oriented attitude in a collaborative environment.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics engineering or equivalent experience.
- Strong experience with PLC/HMI control systems and industrial robots.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and quick learning ability.
- Demonstrated track record of improving Overall Equipment Effectiveness.
- Experience in supporting high-volume automated manufacturing lines.
- Strong communication skills for effective teamwork.
- Preferred experience with vision inspection systems and automation tools.
