Responsibilities
- Generate process flow and failure mode effects analysis for new products
- Manage production line qualification procedures and documentation
- Collaborate with design, supplier industrial engineering, quality, and operations
- Provide design-for-manufacturing feedback for next-generation products
- Optimize product flow and line efficiency while reducing costs and lead-time
- Assume ownership of design and technical transfer of manufacturing tools
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and output standards
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant experience
- Experience with data analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP)
- Strong hands-on experience with high-volume manufacturing
- Proven track record of data-driven problem-solving
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams
- Experience generating process and product quality documentation
