Responsibilities
- Develop new manufacturing processes and technologies for power module packaging and assembly.
- Collaborate with design teams to ensure Design for Manufacturability (DFM) solutions.
- Conduct research and analysis to implement new manufacturing processes and materials.
- Design, execute, and analyze experiments to validate process assumptions and optimize conditions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues related to power module assembly.
- Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation, including process specifications and work instructions.
- Utilize CAD tools and six sigma principles for process optimization.
Job Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in power electronics module assembly and manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing module packaging processes (soldering, wire bonding, etc.).
- Experience with process development, optimization, and control (SPC and DOE).
- Proven experience with automated manufacturing equipment and meeting targets.
- Proficiency in CAD tools and strong analytical skills.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Strong problem-solving mindset.
