Responsibilities
- Identify production constraints in collaboration with manufacturing engineering and production teams.
- Determine overall equipment effectiveness and improvement strategies with production engineering teams.
- Perform value-stream analysis using simulations.
- Collaborate with external teams on production line designs to align with factory objectives.
- Support decision-making on process layout using data.
- Conduct detailed analysis for data-driven decisions on process and warehouse design.
- Communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with Discrete Event Simulation software like Flexsim and AnyLogic.
- Ability to work under pressure with competing demands and tight deadlines.
- Exemplary verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with MOS/MES systems is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
