Responsibilities
- Ideate concepts for manufacturing systems enabling high-volume production.
- Deploy, validate, and optimize automated manufacturing equipment and processes.
- Lead cross-functional teams to solve complex problems using data-driven decision-making.
- Apply various manufacturing techniques to battery products.
- Ramp transient processes to meet production targets through iterative improvements.
- Collaborate with local operations teams during the transition phase.
- Ensure stable and efficient manufacturing operations by validating new processes.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of engineering or relevant experience.
- Experience with high-volume, automated production environments.
- Proven success in deploying and validating manufacturing processes.
- Proficient in geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).
- Familiarity with industrial engineering concepts like line balancing and process optimization.
- Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Physics, Materials Science, or equivalent.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
