Responsibilities
- Develop and implement predictive and preventative maintenance programs.
- Collaborate with Equipment Engineers to optimize maintenance strategies.
- Improve work management processes for maintenance efficiency.
- Lead cross-departmental Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA).
- Optimize preventative maintenance schedules to reduce downtime.
- Implement strategies to increase equipment availability.
- Monitor KPIs to track reliability metrics and maintenance effectiveness.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of reliability engineering experience in high-volume manufacturing.
- Expertise in predictive maintenance techniques.
- Proven experience leading RCFA and implementing corrective actions.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in relevant tools.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies is desirable.
