Responsibilities
- Develop and implement predictive and preventative maintenance programs.
- Collaborate with Equipment Engineers to optimize maintenance strategies.
- Lead Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) to improve Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF).
- Optimize preventative maintenance schedules to reduce downtime.
- Monitor KPIs to track reliability metrics and maintenance effectiveness.
- Foster a culture of reliability and continuous improvement.
- Implement new technologies and IoT solutions for predictive maintenance.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of reliability engineering experience in high-volume manufacturing.
- Expertise in predictive maintenance techniques (thermography, vibration analysis).
- Proven experience in leading RCFA and implementing corrective actions.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Minitab or JMP.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills for collaboration.
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies is desirable.
