Responsibilities
- Lead new and modified part and assembly design projects.
- Own design changes from new product development during production launch.
- Support manufacturing, quality, and field reliability issues.
- Drive product improvements and refinement of specifications.
- Understand factory and supplier processes and manufacturing methods.
- Conduct root cause and corrective analysis of production issues.
- Collaborate with Field Quality & Reliability to enhance warranty performance.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Experience managing mechanical designs from concept to production.
- Desire to work in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with technical project management of suppliers.
