Responsibilities
- Drive activities related to program operations into the factory.
- Lead cross-functional program and manufacturing readiness forums.
- Oversee complete manufacturing validation for the program.
- Plan and organize pre-launch build activities and manage ramp.
- Finalize and validate the MBOM for the program.
- Validate all factory systems for launch preparation.
- Manage open points and actions to secure a non-event introduction of the program.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in automotive or high complexity manufacturing.
- Background in Powertrain / High Voltage Battery engineering desired.
- Strong understanding of complex production lines and manufacturing validation processes.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with senior leadership.
- Proficient in reading mechanical drawings or CAD models.
- Strong problem-solving skills and creative thinking abilities.
