Responsibilities
- Drive all activities related to program operations in the factory.
- Lead cross-functional Program and Manufacturing Readiness forums.
- Oversee complete manufacturing validation and ensure supply chain readiness.
- Plan and organize pre-launch build activities and facilitate ramp management.
- Finalize and validate the MBOM for the program.
- Validate all factory systems for launch preparation.
- Ensure environment, health, and safety considerations in all activities.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field.
- Strong understanding of complex production lines and operations.
- Background in Powertrain / High Voltage Battery engineering or manufacturing.
- Knowledge of manufacturing validation processes for new products.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to devise creative solutions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings or CAD models.
