Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure program milestones are met.
- Oversee manufacturing validation and supply chain readiness.
- Plan and organize pre-launch build activities.
- Finalize and validate the MBOM for the program.
- Validate factory systems for launch preparation.
- Drive overall program validation plan and manufacturing readiness criteria.
- Communicate and manage open points/actions to secure non-event program introductions.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in high volume/high complexity manufacturing.
- Background in Powertrain / High Voltage Battery engineering is highly desired.
- Understanding of complex production line operations and manufacturing validation processes.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills at all organizational levels.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings or CAD models.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills with knowledge of various methodologies.
