Responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineers and managers to develop project timelines and track progress.
- Coordinate manufacturing ramp and tool activities across cross-functional teams.
- Support new product introduction changes and trials in production lines.
- Analyze product metrics and develop business cases for large-scale implementation.
- Drive project management tasks for automation and manufacturing equipment.
- Interface with multiple departments to ensure project success.
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of automated manufacturing equipment.
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, etc.) or related field.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Understanding of engineering fundamentals and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with software development processes and tools (e.g., Agile, Jira).
- Experience or exposure to manufacturing environments.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage project timelines.
- Knowledge of manufacturing metrics and processes (e.g., OEE, KPI).
