Responsibilities
- Work with customers and teams to resolve complex requirements and system architecture issues.
- Lead multi-discipline teams to develop improved processes and tools for requirements definition.
- Define strategy, methods, and tools to improve test and integration work.
- Oversee multiple suppliers to ensure integration and compliance with complex system requirements.
- Conduct program independent reviews and report results to program leadership.
- Develop strategies for support of fielded hardware and software over the entire product lifecycle.
- Lead research into advanced technologies for potential application to company business needs.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science.
- 20+ years of work-related experience with a Bachelor's degree or 15+ years with a Master's degree.
- Experience in payload analytical mission analysis and requirements verification.
- Proficiency with Matlab tool.
- Knowledge of RF and analog electronics.
- Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance.
- Strong leadership and collaborative skills.
