Responsibilities
- Formulate and communicate a vision and strategy aligned with business needs.
- Define metrics to measure engineering contributions to company success.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the engineering team.
- Shape the engineering organization to ensure 24/7 line sustainability and focus on innovation.
- Develop and implement performance management plans for the engineering team.

Job Requirements
- Master’s degree in a relevant engineering field or equivalent.
- 12+ years of experience in a highly automated 24/7 manufacturing environment.
- Minimum of 5 years in a managerial role overseeing engineering teams.
- Strong process engineering background preferred.
- Familiarity with financial principles related to product costing and project management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
