Responsibilities
- Develop expertise in manufacturing processes through data analysis.
- Lead efforts in Design for Manufacturing to integrate manufacturing considerations early in the design cycle.
- Analyze and optimize production processes for safety and efficiency.
- Modify line layouts and set targets for key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Champion continuous improvement projects using lean manufacturing tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and track new processes.
- Maintain FMEAs and Control Plans to ensure safety and compliance.
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Self-managed and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Hands-on experience is required.
- Strong communication skills.
- Previous internship or project experience is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and electrical schematics.
- Commitment to safety and ergonomic compliance in manufacturing processes.
