Responsibilities
- Develop expertise in manufacturing processes.
- Analyze and optimize production processes for safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and track new processes.
- Drive continuous improvement projects to maximize yield and capacity.
- Modify line layouts and set targets for production processes.
- Champion maintenance of FMEAs and Control Plans.
- Compile and evaluate data to improve process specifications.
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Self-managed and committed to working in a fast-paced environment.
- Hands-on experience is essential.
- Strong communication skills.
- Previous internship or project experience is advantageous.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and electrical schematics.
- Willingness to work full-time on-site for the duration of the internship.
