Responsibilities
- Simulate and design power converters for automotive and energy storage applications.
- Assist in validation and debugging of power converters.
- Collaborate with mechanical, PCB layout, and firmware engineering teams.
- Contribute to the design, validation, and manufacturing processes of power converters.
- Utilize basic electrical engineering tools in lab settings.
- Engage in high voltage testing and circuit design validation.
- Support schematic capture and circuit simulation efforts.
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Masters or Doctorate degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Experience with high voltage (>400 V) testing.
- Familiarity with basic EE tools (Oscilloscope, Network analyzer, Signal Generators, etc.).
- Solid understanding of switched power converters and their operation principles.
- Proficiency in analog and digital circuit design.
- Experience with Altium Designer and communication protocols (CAN, I2C, SPI) is preferred.
- Outstanding academic performance and a passion for hardware design.
