Responsibilities
- Design prototype parts and evaluate their NVH impact.
- Optimize existing sound packages for cost, mass, and performance.
- Develop creative ideas for next-generation lightweight sound packages.
- Conduct and analyze NVH testing of vehicle components.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle NVH issues through testing and analysis.
- Assess vehicle NVH performance to enhance attributes.
- Collaborate with design and manufacturing teams to improve NVH quality.
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of acoustics and vibration principles.
- Experience with Modal Analysis and data acquisition.
- Proficient in NVH test equipment and Siemens Simcenter Testlab software.
- Familiarity with MATLAB or Python, CAD, and SEA tools.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
- Capability to perform root cause analysis on challenging projects.
