Responsibilities
- Create and present collision repair procedures for review and approval.
- Review 3D models to assess repair feasibility.
- Interact with engineers and collision centers to identify root causes of issues.
- Review crash simulations.
- Design service parts in CAD and create 2D drawings.
- Perform hands-on investigations, lab tests, and validations.
- Manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Preferred experience in mechanical design and drafting.
- Familiarity with 3D CAD and 2D Drawing in SolidWorks or Catia.
- Strong knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
- Hands-on experience building mechanical systems is preferred.
- Preferred background in the automotive, aerospace, or heavy equipment industry.
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills.
