Responsibilities
- Create and present collision repair procedures to engineering teams for review and approval.
- Review 3D models to determine repair feasibility.
- Collaborate with engineers and collision centers to identify root causes of issues.
- Review crash simulations.
- Identify and virtually assemble parts for engineering and supply teams.
- Conduct hands-on investigations, lab tests, and validations.
- Manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Experience in mechanical design and drafting preferred.
- Strong 3D CAD experience, CATIA a plus.
- Hands-on experience building mechanical systems preferred.
- Preferred experience in the automotive, aerospace, or heavy equipment industry.
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills.
- Proven ability to solve challenging problems and coordinate projects under tight deadlines.
