Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end robotics system hardware architecture.
- Provide technical direction and system-level architectural leadership.
- Lead trade studies and architecture reviews across disciplines.
- Partner with cross-functional teams for system-level modeling and simulation.
- Collaborate with systems engineering, test, and integration teams.
- Influence long-term roadmap and product direction.
- Serve as a technical mentor and thought leader within the organization.
Job Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in robotics hardware development.
- Deep understanding of robotic system design, particularly humanoid systems.
- Proven experience in architecting complex electromechanical robotic systems.
- Strong foundation in robot kinematics, dynamics, controls, and system modeling.
- Experience with simulation tools like MuJoCo or Gazebo.
- Familiarity with functional safety concepts in robotic systems.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across multidisciplinary teams.
