Responsibilities
- Design and validate thermal and mechanical systems for Tesla's AI training computer.
- Work on mechanical design and integration of electronics modules.
- Design wiring connections for devices in the vehicle.
- Develop CAD designs for detailed parts and master model assemblies.
- Conduct tolerance analysis, Finite Element Analysis (FEA), and other simulations.
- Create 2D drawings for production and inspection.
- Provide factory engineering support for issue resolution.
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Design, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Experience in CAD design for parts and assemblies.
- Knowledge of tolerance analysis and FEA.
- Ability to conduct Design for Manufacturing (DFM) reviews.
- Hands-on experience with prototyping and testing.
- Strong analytical skills for data analysis.
- Effective communication skills for collaboration with teams and suppliers.
