Responsibilities
- Research and develop tooling solutions for collision repair processes.
- Design and validate fixtures, jigs, and related tools for vehicle structure repairs.
- Write standard documentation to approve new tools, equipment, and consumables.
- Collaborate with tooling specialists, engineers, and vendors on new technologies.
- Support cross-functional initiatives to enhance repair capabilities.
- Present technical information to diverse teams and external partners.
- Adapt to various tasks as needed within the team.
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Experience with 3D CAD and 2D Drawing in SolidWorks or Catia.
- Proficient in MS Excel with a foundation in statistics and materials science.
- Confident in presenting technical information across various levels.
- Resourceful, flexible, and adaptable to different tasks.
- Portfolio preferred.
- Must be available for a full-time, on-site internship for a minimum of 12 weeks.
